Seth Godin - Underdog Leadership

"Leadership almost always involves thinking and acting like the underdog. That's because leaders work to change things, and the people who are winning rarely do."
Seth Godin.

Observation - Leaders who've 'won' and experienced some 'success' simply have something loose, and the temptation is to guard and 'manage' what you've got rather than risk it all to initiate change and take new ground.
