It's okay to lead differently

One of the things I love about the Bible is it's honesty and forthrightness when it comes to exposing the strengths and weaknesses of the men and women of God in the past. This includes their leadership.

And I love the way God does not emphasise any 'one' leadership style, rather He emphasises character and giftedness as the non-negotiables for leaders within His church. To God it matters not so much your style than what is going on in your heart. So don't glory in the fact that He designed you with a leadership bent towards being a Director-commander, Inspirational, Diplomatic or Analytical. Instead glory in Jesus Christ who's grace and presence in your life enables you to do anything that will last for eternity. You can read it here.
